Pet Transport

We know getting to the vet can be challenging. That’s why Stonebridge offers safe, compassionate pet transportation for older adults and clients with disabilities.

Stress-Free Travel for Veterinary Care

Stonebridge Veterinary Wellness is excited to provide a pet transport service for our older adult clients, and clients with disabilities.* This is a unique community outreach program designed to facilitate pet wellness visits with us when transportation is an issue, so your pets can still receive the veterinary care they need. Pet transportation services will be available as needed for a fee, subject to time and staffing availability, ensuring we can provide the best care while accommodating your pet’s unique needs.

The safety of your pet is priceless. We understand that your pets are not just four-legged companions but are cherished as important members of your family. At Stonebridge Veterinary Wellness, our transporters are committed to providing a compassionate, comfortable and stress-free transportation experience for your beloved companion.

Our Commitment: Ensuring the well-being and comfort of your pets the entire journey.**

The safety and comfort of your pet are our top priorities, making your pet’s journey smooth and as stress free as possible.

The pet carrier you own should meet the following standards:

  • Your pet should be able to stand, sit and turn around in the carrier.
  • The carrier needs adequate ventilation and a solid bottom in case of an accident. This will help your pet stay calm and not stress out.
  • The door must close securely for safety.

*Terms and conditions apply. Travel accommodations are at the discretion of Stonebridge Veterinary Wellness. This is a service Stonebridge Veterinary Wellness provides if time and staffing allow and is not an ambulance service for emergencies. We will not transport fractious or aggressive patients, and we have the right to decline transportation for any reason.

**Although safe driving and keeping your pet safe is our priority, pet transport has inherent risks. We cannot control “acts of God”, unforeseeable conditions, or the world around us. For this reason, no one’s complete safety in life is ever guaranteed, even with our best intentions.

Focus on your pet’s health, not the drive.
